Cancellation & Refunds:

• Consultations: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Subscription Memberships: Can be canceled at any time. Cancellation effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds for partial months/years.
• Wellness Programs: Refund policies vary by program due to their bespoke nature; specific details are provided at enrollment. Generally, a 7-day no-questions-asked refund period applies from purchase for digital programs, provided no significant portion has been consumed.
